Stonegate Builders

Quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail have been the hallmarks of Hartness since the very beginning. When the Hartness family founded its own home building company three years ago to help accelerate the growth of the community, these same tenets became the building blocks of Stonegate Builders. Led by Charles Vann, Director, Stonegate Builders specializes in bringing Lew Oliver’s innovative home designs to life for families who prefer to purchase a move-in ready home. With over a dozen homes currently completed or under construction, Stonegate Builders offers a wide variety of finely crafted homes that are sure to appeal to most any family.
