Our Developer
Hartness has been designed according to the principles of Traditional Neighborhood Development. Walkable blocks and streets keep homes close to daily conveniences, public spaces and nature. A variety of home types, sizes and styles are artfully mixed for interesting, beautiful streets and a feeling of connection in the community.
At Hartness, you’ll experience that same thoughtfulness of design and planning as the beautiful hardscape of the Village Center’s plazas, restaurants, shops and condominiums transitions through a pedestrian network of passages and walkways into the softer landscaping of “green streets” and gardens, ultimately leading to the nature preserve. The result will be a community that is a pleasure to experience for both visitors and residents.

EXPLORE THE HARTNESS
Village Center

This will be the hub of activity and energy at Hartness: a place to shop, dine, relax, explore, and gather with friends and family. It is home to the One 5 – a restaurant by the creators/owners of already established Greenville neighborhood restaurants, The 05 and The 07, that features a full bar and lunch and dinner menu served in an intimate and friendly atmosphere. The Village Center will also be home to a number of boutique shops and fine stores as well as exciting residential options.
