Licensed since 1987, Marcia has built a distinguished career across North and South Carolina, specializing in both general real estate and private golf communities throughout the Southeast. She was a top producer at one of Greenville’s largest real estate firms for multiple years and is recognized for both her performance and professionalism.

Originally from Burnsville, North Carolina, Marcia appreciates Greenville’s balance of charm and vibrancy—from its thriving culinary scene to its revitalized downtown and outdoor lifestyle. Outside of real estate, she is deeply involved in animal welfare and serves as a board member of Fighting for Fluffy and Fido. Through her work in the TNR (trap, neuter, return) community, she has helped over 400 feral cats receive care, reflecting her dedication to making a meaningful impact.
In her free time, Marcia enjoys international travel with her husband, exploring new restaurants and coffee cafés, playing golf, and staying active in her church. A fun fact—she was the 8th female in North Carolina to pass the Extra Class Amateur Radio License Exam.
