Chanticleer Custom Home Builders

At Chanticleer, we are proud of the distinguished quality of our homes. We only accept a limited number of home starts each year so that we can give personal attention to each client, while maintaining good relationships with subcontractors and vendors that can pass along their value directly to you. Our company has maintained a steadfast growth rate to ensure that our quality and service levels are never compromised.

Chanticleer is owned by Daryl White. His 20 years of construction experience is put into every foot of your new home. Originally from Spartanburg, SC, Daryl founded Chanticleer Builders in 2007. You’ll appreciate his warm, professional demeanor and the wealth of information he holds as your Contractor. Daryl likes to be hands-on with his clients and subcontractors to ensure that his high standards of quality and integrity are upheld throughout your new home. Because of his background in structural design and project management, Daryl works with you from the initial design conception through the final touches on your landscaping.
