Thank you for referring a prospective purchaser to Hartness!
Collins & Fine, LLC has a policy of paying referral fees to the procuring cause of its real estate closings. Collins & Fine, LLC will pay a referral commission up to 3% of the net contract price upon the closing of a Hartness Development or Hartness Real Estate listed property (lot or home) to the licensed real estate agency bringing the referral. Referral commissions are subject to being prorated based on the listing agreement in place at the time of the sale or if commissions are negotiated as part of the sale. Customers must be registered by the Referring Broker/Agent in advance of any showings of qualified Hartness properties, and all referral commissions are subject to the property closing.
Referral client registration may not be honored if the client is already a customer of Hartness or if the customer has been registered by a different referring Broker. Hartness must notify the referring Broker/Agent within 24 hours in the event of either case mentioned above. In the event two or more Brokers refer the same Customer, the referral commission will be paid to the broker/agent deemed to be the “procuring cause” of the transaction.
By completing the information on the form on this page, the referring Broker/Agent acknowledges that this registration is temporary and will expire 180 days from the date the form is submitted, unless the referring Broker/Agent has made an appointment for the Customer with a Collins & Fine, LLC real estate agent on site.
